  • Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that utilizes art-making and the creative process to explore and address emotional, psychological, and social challenges. Through engaging in art-making, clients are given a non-verbal method to communicate and make sense of their world. It can be an external outlet for internal stressors or a way to create a symbolic reminder of something addressed in session.

  • Clients are never forced to do anything they don’t want to do. Some clients prefer more talk therapy and that is completely okay. During your intake, we would discuss your goals and needs for therapy and whether or not art therapy would be a part of it.

  • No, I am considered out-of-network for all insurance panels. However, I can provide you with a document called a superbill which you are able to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

  • My rate is:

    $160 for 50 minute, individual sessions

    $180 for 50 minute, initial intake sessions
